Hollywood Bowl Summer Countdown 2023

It's time for the summer countdown! The Hollywood Bowl is gearing up to open for the season on June 27th, so we thought we'd give you a sneak peek at what's in store this year.



Reba McEntire Concert - April 1

Reba McEntire will be performing at the Bowl on Friday, April 1! She'll be joined by Terri Clark and The Issacs. The concert will be a great prelude to this year's CMA Fest. It's always fun to see country music legends perform live, so don't miss out!



Andrea Bocelli Concert - May 9 & 10

In a performance that will be sure to leave you breathless, Andrea Bocelli returns to the Hollywood Bowl for his first time in 20 years. This year’s concert features epic collaborations between the acclaimed tenor and some of today’s biggest artists.



Matchbox Twenty Concert - May 22

For the first time in nearly 20 years, Matchbox Twenty will reunite for a world tour! They’ll be performing at the Hollywood Bowl on Tuesday, May 22nd as part of the American Express Unstaged Series. This concert will feature special guest The Wallflowers.



Shania Twain Concert - May 28

Shania Twain is a Canadian country music icon who has sold more than 80 million albums worldwide. Her music career began in the 1990s and has spanned over three decades, during which time she has released 15 studio albums, two live albums, and 51 singles. Among her many hits are “That Don’t Impress Me Much," "Man! I Feel Like a Woman," and “You're Still the One."

Shania Twain will be performing on the Hollywood Bowl with special guest Hailey Whitters.



Janet Jackson: Together Again Tour (Opening Night at the Bowl) - June 10

The Bowl has announced that Janet Jackson will be performing at the Hollywood Bowl on June 10, as part of her Together Again Tour. The concert will be opening night at the Hollywood Bowl, and fans can expect to hear Jackson’s hits from her eighties and nineties heyday including “I Wanna Be Where You Are,” “Nasty Boys,” “When I Think of You,” and many more.



King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard Concert - June 21

King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard is an Australian psychedelic rock band that has released 13 studio albums since 2012. They will be touring the US and Canada in 2023, with their first show set for June 21 at Hollywood Bowl.



Jill Scott Concert - June 22

Take a break from the sun and heat to watch Jill Scott perform live at Hollywood Bowl on June 22nd. Jill Scott is a Grammy Award winning singer and actress who has released five albums since 2000. Her latest album “The Light of the Sun” was released in 2010 and features her most popular song “Hate on Me,” which peaked at number 10 on the US Billboard Hot 100.



Louis Tomlinson Concert: Faith In The Future World Tour 2023 - June 30

The Hollywood Bowl is excited to welcome Louis Tomlinson, who has been a staple of the music industry since his first appearance on One Direction's debut album Up All Night. His solo career has been just as successful, with three studio albums and two EPs released since his departure from 1D in 2016.


With a style that can be described as pop-rock with elements of trap music, R&B and reggae, Louis doesn't shy away from experimenting with different genres and blending them together for something unique. The first single off his latest album "Jasper" was inspired by fan theories about his character Jasper Black from the movie/book series Harry Potter & The Cursed Child! It also features vocals from singer songwriter Ed Sheeran who helped write this track alongside Louis himself."



Beach Boys (July 4th Fireworks Spectacular) - July 2, 3, & 4

The Fireworks Spectacular is a must-see event for the Fourth of July. Celebrate the holiday at the Hollywood Bowl with an evening of music and fireworks followed by The Beach Boys on July 2, 3, & 4.


The Beach Boys have been an American rock band since 1961, and they’ve been playing at the Hollywood Bowl for over 50 years. They will be performing their hits including “Surfin’ Safari,” “Good Vibrations,” “Wouldn’t It Be Nice,” and many more!


The Postal Service & Death Cab for Cutie: Give Up & Transatlanticism 20th Anniversary Tour - October 13, 15, & 17

You may have missed the Postal Service & Death Cab for Cutie: Give Up & Transatlanticism 20th Anniversary Tour when it hit the road in 2019. But if you're looking to see these two influential bands together again, there's good news: they'll be coming back to the Hollywood Bowl this fall! Set to perform on October 13, 15, and 17, this epic pairing is sure to be a show you won't want to miss.
